Cancellations & Returns Policy

At Bababhai Zumakhram Chashmaghar, your satisfaction is our priority. We have a clear and transparent policy to handle cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the following carefully based on the product you have purchased.

Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse, we will refund the entire amount.

Product-Specific Return Policies

Contact Lenses

We offer a 14-day return policy on all contact lenses purchased from us.

Conditions for Return: To qualify for a return or exchange, the contact lenses must meet the following criteria:

  • They must be in an absolutely unworn and brand new condition.
  • They must be returned with the original sealed box, instruction papers, and any other accessories.
  • The manufacturer’s box must not be opened. Opened boxes will not be accepted for return, even if there are unused lenses inside.

Return Process:

  1. If you have received the product and wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
  2. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition.
  3. We will then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Your money will be refunded in full within 7 business days of us receiving the product.

Prescription (Power) Change: If you have a sealed, unopened lens box you purchased from us and your prescription changes, please contact our customer support. Depending on the product, we may accept the product back and exchange it for the same product with your new prescription.

Sunglasses

15-Day Exchange Policy: We offer an exchange for sunglasses within 15 days of shipment.

  • Process: You can return the sunglasses to us, select a new pair from our website, and pay any price difference. The new shipment will be dispatched only after we have received the original sunglasses.

Refunds: If you are not inclined to get a new pair and want a refund, the refund will be processed only after we receive the returned sunglasses and inspect them.

  • Timeline: Once the refund is initiated, it may take up to 7 business days for an Indian transaction and up to 15 business days for an international transaction to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

  • Visible Damage: If the box in which your item has arrived has extensive and visible damage, you are requested not to accept the shipment and to contact our Customer Care team immediately.
  • Damage After Opening: If you find that the product (e.g., sunglasses) was damaged during the shipment process after you have opened the package, please take a photo of the entire package along with the damaged item. Send the photos to us via email or WhatsApp. Once we approve the return, you can ship the product back to us for a replacement or a full refund.
