Order Processing & Shipping Time

• Orders are usually shipped within 5–5 working days (Sundays and public holidays excluded) or as per the delivery date confirmed at checkout.
• Some products may require additional time due to customization or supplier timelines:

Delivery Address

• Orders are delivered only to the registered shipping address provided at checkout (unless otherwise specified during the order).
• Please ensure your delivery details are accurate to avoid delays.

Liability

• Bababhai Zumakhram Chashmaghar is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.
• Our responsibility ends once the parcel is handed over to the courier partner.
• We are not responsible for any damage to the products during transit.

Shipping Charges (Domestic & International)

• Free Shipping: All orders delivered within Ahmedabad city.
• Domestic Shipping (India): ₹50 for orders valued at ₹500 or less.
• International Shipping:
  • USA: ₹800
  • Rest of the World: ₹1500
  • Estimated delivery: up to 15 working days (excluding customs clearance time).

A tracking number will be provided for all international shipments.

Customs Duty (For International Orders)

• Some countries may impose customs duty on eyewear or contact lenses.
• Customers are responsible for paying applicable customs duties in their country.
• If a customer refuses to accept delivery due to customs charges, Bababhai Zumakhram Chashmaghar will not issue a refund or accept the return.
